Empower. ARTS. Interest. Mentor

Wesley Mission
Arts Therapy Project Assistant

We are looking for volunteers who are interested in assisting young people, who are non-judgmental and motivated, and who can show initiative. If it sounds like you, we have a great and rewarding volunteer activity for you in the Riverstone/Quakers Hill areas.

Based at the Quakers Hill Youth Support Service, the Riverstone Arts and Vocational Project provides outreach programs in the Riverstone, Schofields, Marsden Park and Vineyard areas.

Programs facilitated by the Riverstone Arts and Vocational Project include Urban Artist, Unique Links, Creative Journaling and Unmasking Conflict. All the programs use art making as a medium to engage and encourage the development potential of young people aged between 12 and 25.

Come and help us with building meaningful relationship with young people as a volunteer youth assistant.

This activity is weekly after school hours, Tuesday 3.00-5.00pm, Wednesday 4.00-6.00pm or anytime between 3.00-6.00 during the week to help run groups.
