SHINE for Kids/Children of prisoners

If you have spare time right now and you would like to join our Xmas party team and love to organise stuff then this could be your dream volunteer role.
Your efforts would help to make this event unforgettable for the kids, who sometimes have few things to smile about. SHINE for kids needs all hands on deck to bring about our biggest event in 25 years.
300 kids and 150 adults at a fabulous venue in Sydney.
If you have the following skills then this rewarding and dynamic role might suit you perfectly. There is lots of flexibility to help fit in with your busy life.
Location: Silverwater office, Holker St (close to Homebush Bay).
Availability. We need someone who is available up to 2 days a week any weekday except Monday.
Time: You chose the hours to suit yourself
At least one day will need to be spent working with the team in the office. Extra days or hours can be worked from home if that suits you better.
Skills:
- Confident and warm phone manner.
- Self starter and enjoy managing own workload.
- A get the job done attitude.
- A sense of humour.
- Enjoy being organised and organising others.
- Commitment to the project until Santa has handed out all the presents.
You are an organised person who would like to employ your PA/Event Management skills and background to help make this party a success.
Intermediate Computer Skills are not essential.
