The 2008 Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras relies very heavily on volunteers on Parade night.
One area that we always require additional people is our Finale area.The volunteers for this area need to be unique people - willing to help us secure an area of which you don`t get to view the Parade in all its glory. Instead its a vital role of keeping the general public out and our Float/Parade participants moving along.
Finale is where the floats disembark and everyone says goodbye.
We need people who can help guide vehicles (floats), and people so that everyone gets through the finish line safely, and still in good spirits.
