World Vision are currently seeking a Volunteer Operations Assistant for their NSW State office located in Potts Point, Sydney to provide administrative support, for 1 to 2 days each week, enabling the efficient running of the State Office.

The position involves:
- Liaising with internal World Vision staff
- Database management·
- Assisting in the allocating and returning of Picture Folders
- Ad hoc administrative tasks as they arise
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Excellent computer skills (Lotus notes, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Possess the ability to work unsupervised and use initiative to complete tasks
- 12 month commitment to align with the ongoing nature of the role
