Pro Bono Office Design @ Asthma Foundation of NSW

Scope of works -- design new office premises

Overview -- Asthma Foundation NSW aims to enhance the lifestyle, health and wellbeing of the 800,000 people living with asthma in NSW, through advocacy, education, and training. For more information about the organisation and it’s direction visit www.asthmansw.org.au

We are seeking pro bono office design for a space of approx 350m2. The probono design process to include:

• Consultation with management and staff
• Preparation of concept drawings
• Some design feedback/review process for staff
• Preparation of drawings for council and fitout process.

Reasonable out of pocket expenses would be paid.

Timeframe -- Our current timeframe is somewhat tight, our current lease expires on 29th February 2008.

Major design criteria --

1. Maximisation of natural light to all areas of workspace
2. Professional, functional and well flowing office space
3. Flexibility for future changing needs as the Foundation increasingly operates in the on-line world.
