Child Care Assistant
Shifts Mon-Fri 7am-9am
Manly Out of School Hours is a very busy centre with around 20 children attending each day --aged 5-12 years old. Volunteers enhance the services offered by providing additional attention to kids who need help with their homework, reading skills or just to talk.
This is a great opportunity to work with skilled professional child care workers while gaining valuable skills and experience working with kids.
Volunteers are required for a weekly commitment with days available Mon-Friday from 7am-9am during school term.
Volunteers will need to complete a Working with Children Check and provide 2 character references. Due to the nature of the role, volunteers will need to have demonstrated experience working with children. Please contact volunteering@manly.nsw.gov.au or see our website for more information
